No, you need tubes that are sized #10

Q: Will these fit an Lem #5 grinder?

I'm not 100 percent positive but my grinder is a #8 and they worked perfect

Q: Will these work with a guide series 15lbs stuffer? I need the base to be 2" .. Can someone tell me what the base mesurement is?

I'm not familiar with stuffers. I use my # 8 LEM meat grinder to stuff sausage as well as grind meat. Does a great job. However, Amazon is very good about returns. Good luck.

I dont remember the exact size, but it was larger than what fit my stuffer. However I took a belt sander to it and worked it down to fit.
