This Ashwagandha I have taken two courses of its brilliant! I can not fault it it literally does what it says on the tub. Definitely recommend this if your looking for a good Ashwagandha. I noticed the the week in feeling calm, relax sleeping alot better than I was when stressed and many more.

Does everything it says on the package, but personally I only take one per week. Your own dosage may be different.

A great impact on sleep, energy, and testosterone levels apparently, I bought this for someone on antidepressants which affect libido, not for that reason but a positive impact, they in turn bought it for a work colleague and it had the same effect, so two happy men who describe other very positive effects too, energy, sleep and feeling more positive. So I have to say BRILLIANT, as one of these men is my son who I worry about so much.

I am using this product as part of a regime to tackle my cancer (conjunctival malignant melanoma). As far as I am aware, there is no hard scientific evidence to support whether or not it can help fight cancer. However, it is part of the ancient Indian aruyvedic medicine system, a natural adoptgen, which can help the body cope with daily stress and systemic inflammation within the body. It comes from the ginseng plant and, as ginger is well-known for its anti-inflammatory properties, I believe it may help me fight cancer. I am a firm believer in Natural Remedies and traditional medicine having learned a lot about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) when I lived and worked in China. As I have only been taking it for a week, I do not know yet how efficacious it is as most traditional medicines take some time to have an effect. Also, I am taking it alongside other supplements so it would be impossible for me to know which, if any, are efficacious. All I know is, I saw the Dalai Lama's Doctor when in Dharamsala (McLeod Ganj) 2 years ago and I believe the Traditional Tibetan Medicine he prescribed for me over the course of some weeks helped keep my cancer in remission for nearly 18 months.

This product is incredibly deceptive in it's description as it's described as being 5500 mg per dose, but it's actually only 550 mg. It's good in regards to the fact that it is a pure product with no binders.

I bought these because i had fatigue from over work and steess. And I suffer from social anxiety.I thought i would give these a go before I went to the doctor because I had heard that ashwaganda was good for anxiety.It seems to have taken the edge of and I feel more relaxed (it is still early days) and my fatigue is slowly going.It takes about 2 weeks to start to work (i have been taking them for 3 weeks)Also other points i gave up caffeine and and i am doing meditation which also seems to help.I choose the vitabight ashwaganda because it is organic and is ksm 66 which is the premium ashwaganda. the company has got good reviews.
