I’ve owned the LG tone platinum Bluetooth headphones and I loved it because of the cool and discreet way the headphones retract into its station and doesn’t annoyingly hang around loose. When I saw these headphones with the same function plus the added feature of speaker, it was a Eureka! moment for me. You know a good idea when you realize how obvious it is after discovering the idea. This obvious feature is super helpful because sometimes you want to listen to something while being able to hear your surroundings. And sometimes you want to block surrounding noise and focus in on hearing from the headphones themselves. This awesome product has both!The good:— Turning on and off with just a simple switch. Very convenient. See my video for a demonstration!— Bluetooth connects super fact. Really adds to the experience of efficient and powerful headphones.— Sound quality through the headphones is great.— Fits snuggly into my ears and I’m able to run intense cardio without them falling off. This says a lot because I have cauliflower ear.— It easily folds! It has hinges on both sides so you can fold them and easily put in your pocket.— Steel quality feel of the neck. The nice feel of cool steel always satisfying that this is no cheap product and made with quality materials.— Easily switches from headphone to loud speaker mode just by pulling on the headphones out of its socket and it goes back in just as easily!The bad:— Don’t expect amazing sound quality from the loud speakers. Which I don’t think is a weakness at all. I think there’s a trade off with size/comfort and sound quality. The loud speakers are obvious not intended to deliver the best sound quality- that’s what the headphones are for. They are loud and do not disappoint.— I’ve been told the microphone quality is not clear but my caller has always been able to hear me. I think that’s a general drawback with any Bluetooth device used for making calls.— No fast forward/rewind feature but I haven’t seen this feature in any of the headsets of this type.Overall I am very pleased with this device and giving it 5 stars for its awesome battery life, strong Bluetooth connection, quality and durable feel, great sound quality, and spectacular convenience! With my job I’m pretty active a lot and when I get phone calls I can’t be using my hand to hold the phone. This project is nice pretty comfortable around my neck. When you turn it on it’s a quick easy paring stays connected all day long. It’ll talk to you telling you you lost connection when your away from your phone charging and reconnected. The exterior speakers sound nice and loud for music and phone calls. It’s nice head set I recommend it for the price good quality too!

This product is great if you're looking for retraceable ear bubs in a neckband with long battery life. The sound, unfortunately but not surprising, is poor on the level of what you would expect from a ten dollar wired set from Walmart. This neckband is perfect for podcast junkies and the occasional song that just got stuck in your head. To ask for more in the sound depart I'd recommend looking at LG; last I checked, you'll be missing out on battery life. So you'll have to choose between sound quality and battery life if you are dead set on a neckband.If you've mostly used cheap headphones over the years you probably won't notice the a difference. But it becomes very obvious once you listen to sometime with more depth, these headphone are going to sound very sound flat.Battery life is great, it goes for several days before "Chatty Kathy" demands to be charged. And I've owned them for months now and I feared the life span would get shorter within this time frame, fortunately, that has not happen yet. So the batteries seem to made of reasonable quality.Last and certainly least, if you over extend the cable and you can't get it to retract just give it a firm tug as needed and it'll roll back. It doesn't happen often but when it does the first time you may feel like you may break it; just give it a little extra force each tug and it should be fine.

I bought one of these (SGart Bluetooth Headphones) and liked the design and functionality of them. There was so much that seemed good about them, but then, in a few weeks, one speaker died. A few weeks later one earbud went silent, but I used them a lot when I was outside anyway. Then I needed a reliable set of bluetooth head phones - that's hard to find with all the cheap companies making cheap products. I thought, "Give them another try. They had good reviews." (Now I know, through Fakespot, much of that is fake reviews!)So I bought a 2nd set and once the charge went to Low, they started vibrating. Not once, but continuously. This created a frustrating and embarrassing situation for me because even when I turned them off, they kept vibrating. I had nowhere to put them put around my neck or in my pocket and then had to deal with a number of people while I was buzzing. When I got home, I charged them, but they were still vibrating. Turning them on or off would stop it for 5 seconds or so, but then it'd start up. After an hour I checked them - I turned them on and they turned themselves off! Definitely low power. So, apparently, overnight, the vibrating ran the battery down and it seems to have charged up - only, now, these won't work unless they're hooked up to a USB charger. If disconnected, they do nothing - don't show up as pairable on my phone, don't make any sound - nothing.So, by letting the charge get to low, this headset ended up in a situation where it destroyed itself. Crappy design, which is a shame, because if these didn't keep breaking, they'd be quite usable.

I had really high hopes for this headset. It paired easily and the sound from the speaker was excellent. Unlike most speaker w/ earbud combo's this has no switch to go between the two options. Once you extend the earbud it turns off the speaker and vice versa. Headset was light weight and i like that it folded. Problem is the microphone was horrible. Callers can not hear you clearly and many complained that I sounded far away or my voice was very low. Had to send it back.

Please bring these back why can't I order??!!
