Didn't like the handle
I love the Bona Product, but the handle on the sweeper broke right away. It was made cheaply. I just put the pads on other handles that I have at home.

Wasnt what it was suppose to be
It was suppose to have a blue handle it didnt and the head of the mop was suppose to be 15" and it was 18"

What the Floor Manufacturer Recommended
We got new cork floors on two levels of the house and I purchased a second duster/cleaner system that includes the Bona product that I needed to keep the floor clean.

Faulty handle!
Just moved into a townhome with laminate flooring on main level. Used the mop for the first time and it bent right in the middle during the 3rd stroke. Finally had to take it apart and finish 800-900 square feet just using lower portion of handle. This mop had been recommended so needless to say, I was extremely disappointed!

Poor design
There is not enough velcro where the cleaning pads attach to. Darn thing keeps crumpling up and falling off. What a waste of money.
