Teva Men's Athletic and Outdoor Sandals Hiking

These comments refer to the Men's Teva Hudson sandals in size 10D (M). I have had these sandals for a month, and so far I love them. I had heard good things about the Teva brand in the past, and I can say that this pair of sandals definitely lives up to that reputation.As far as size, these sandals fit me as expected. I wear size 10, normal width, and the Hudson sandals are comparable to other sandals at that size.As for comfort, I have been pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this pair of sandals is, given that it is not outrageously priced. I can wear these sandals all day without foot pain at the end of the day. I will say that when I wear these sandals all day, my feet are a little sore when I first take off the sandals at night. But each time that has happened, my feet feel just fine within about a half-hour. I have worn the sandals on days where I have walked up to five miles on solid, level ground. I haven't worn them for any type of strenuous activity, such as hiking or walking on rough terrain, so I can't provide an opinion to anyone looking to use these sandals for those purposes. I should add that I am used to doing a lot of walking, and my feet are fairly flat, so I don't need a ton of foot support.In my opinion, if you need strong arch support, these might not be the best sandals for you. They work fine for me, but I don't need a ton of arch support. The sandals are pretty flat, although there is a little bit of added padding at the arch and rear of the foot bed.One last thing I'll add is about the straps on the sandals. When I first bought them, the sandals seemed a little uncomfortable because the straps didn't give me a lot of slack to wear the sandals loosely. This wasn't a real problem for me, though, because I prefer a slightly closer-fitting sandal. After a few weeks though, maybe because I broke them in, the sandals now feel very comfortable. I would guess though, that people who prefer a loose-fitting sandal with minimal strap support might not like this model.

I was a big fan of a similar sandal made by Lands End. I had one pair that lasted for years before wearing out. The second pair from them lasted less than a year. These are similar in style and fit to what I had but are even better. The outer tread is slightly hard rubber so does not wear down quickly and it has an inner sole that is softer so my foot feels great walking in them. They are very sturdy and stay wrapped onto my feet so well. All parts seem very well made and the price was great too.

I just love them. Super comfortable. Great price. Will purchase again.

Excellent fit, although would be good to have half sizes for better fit.I think the Teva quality is going down. The last two pairs of these sandals ended up with straps pulling out of the soles (after over a year of use).

I’m 85 years old and have balance issues among my frailties. Taking the sandals out of the box, I found that getting them on my feet was simple, adjusting the Velcro straps was easier and the fit was just right. When I stood up I felt more secure and comfortable than when just barefoot. I am amazed with the comfort. They are just right for me and I hope they are for you.

Ever since the first Tevas came out, I've been buying off brand rip-offs and figured I'm avoiding the price of brand recognition. How wrong I was!These are my first actual Tevas, and I'm surprised not only by how much more comfortable they are than the off brands, but they're so much lighter. I bought them because the picture showed what appeared to be better arch support than the other brands, as well as non-absorbent soles. Both are true, and it's so nice to step out from the river and not have water farting out with each step.

I purchased these before my trip to south India and they are awesome, I use them at home for my house shoes, you can adjust them loosely and slip into them without having to unfasten or adjust the velcro, I bought a second pair to make sure I have them in case they give up the ghost, my first pair is three years old, no problems.

I've had many of these sandals, but there's something about this one that is EXTRA NICE AND COMFORTABLE!
