Does the printing on a card transfer to the plastic of the sleeve?

I have one of these card holders at home and another in the office. I've seen no indication of print transfer to the plastic sleeve in either holder.

Would a USB flashdrive fit inside the slots?

So about three business cards fit in each sleeve. I would think that some of the smaller USB drives would like Lexmark ones would no problem. But I have seen some longer USB drives that would not fit. But if you are looking to fit them in every sleeve - that is not going to work. You would be better off buying a 3 ring binder and the business card 3 ring binder refills and creating a binder yourself. That way the 3 ring binder would be thick enough to hold the thickness of the USB drives. This book would not be able to close if you put 6-12 USB drives in it.

Will it fit credit cards and how many?

it says 'faux leather' but what is it made from? 'faux leather' is not a material.
