Excellent Protection for Long-Distance Runners!
I’ve been using Compeed Advanced Blister Care Patches during my long-distance runs, and they’re a game-changer! These patches provide amazing blister protection, preventing friction and irritation that usually cause blisters. They stay in place, even during intense workouts, and provide instant relief from the discomfort of existing blisters. What I love most is how they create a protective cushion, allowing me to keep running without worrying about aggravating my blisters. The patches also help speed up the healing process, so I can get back on track faster. If you’re a runner (or anyone on your feet a lot), these are a must-have!

Worth every penny
I first used these after walking 11 miles on a muggy day in Florence and destroying my feet, as they were the only option in the pharmacy. Since then, I have searched in vain for a cheaper option that's even half as good, but it's a false economy: these are the best blister cushion bandages out there, especially for toes. I get days of wear and protection, and they almost instantly relieve blister pain.

Best I can find for blisters
I always bring these along when traveling because I am very prone to blisters when walking during travels, no matter how expensive and high quality of shoes I wear. These are one of the best brands out there. They work well after you get a blister, but I have found that they work the best if you apply to your most blister prone areas before you start a lot of walking because they stick best when applied to clean and dry feet and have a little time to adhere before putting shoes on right away. They will usually last a few days even with showering which is a huge plus… especially if you already have a blister because if you pull them off too early before your blister is fully healed it will take some skin off with it (de-roof the blister, if you will. Doesn’t take any good skin off and doesn’t cause bleeding, just removes the injured skin but that still stings sometimes so best to avoid this if possible. Otherwise, if you need to remove it because some of it is falling off or the edges are curling, take it off in the shower and it will come off pretty smoothly). My only occasional issue is that sometimes when you have shoes that do excessive rubbing right at the corner of the bandage, the bandage will sometimes roll and then get stuck to your socks or a towel and start to come off so you have to pull it off anyway. Not sure of an option to avoid this even exists… it just happens sometimes. You’ll get the best use out of these if you apply them with care to clean dry skin, allow to adhere before putting anything on, and making sure all corners are down firmly and smoothly. However, they also work well in a pinch when you get a new and unexpected blister so I always carry a few in my purse, they just won’t stay on as long usually if you need to apply to a sweaty foot or apply in a hurry. You very likely will still get a full day or more of protection even if you do need to apply when an active blister is forming and your foot is sweaty, so they’ll still help you a lot better than Bandaids will (trust me… I went through an entire box of bandaids trying to power through some heal blisters in Florence while touring museums. An entire box of bandaids failed me after repeatedly reapplying over approx 2-3 hours. They would not stay put no matter how hard I tried. I will never not be without these pads for blisters ever again!).

Excellent protection for bad blisters while they heal.
I have been training for an extended summer hike for almost a year, and I have tried several different styles of shoes. I got severe blisters from a bad shoe fit, and they took over a month to heal. The blister pads in this product helped me to continue hiking and jogging after a short break. The pads stay on very well--often for several days. I have occasionally stepped into the shower without thinking to cover the pad with a plastic bag or something like that, and the pads still stay on. They are thick enough to protect the blister, but thin enough not to affect the fit of a shoe. I tried some other brands but these stayed on the longest and offered the best protection. Without these pads, I would have been sidelined from my exercise routine for a long time.

Underfoot bandage has tiny pad area
The Sports mixed combination package of Underfoot and Sports medium bandages was a bit of a disappointment compared to Compeed Advanced Blister Care Medium bandages. The pad area of the Underfoot bandage is tiny - dime sized - even though the adhesive area is larger. The honeycomb Sports medium bandages also did not seem to have the cushioning capacity of the Advanced Blister Care Medium. They are still pretty useful - Compeed bandages are amazing to prevent blisters and if already formed, to reduce pain from existing blisters.

Works great for bicycle saddle sores
I read somewhere that these would work on my bicycle saddle sore. I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. I put one of these on the sore and went for a 50 mile bicycle ride with only minor discomfort. That was a vast improvement. It didn't come off even after taking a shower. I hope to never have another saddle sore, but I will use these again if I do.
