PropperMen's F525025-uniform BDU Trouser

I am not military but understand this is a standard issue brand for BDU items. It is a fantastic work pant for working in the brushy back area in our Texas prairie yard. Even with Wrangler jeans I inevitably get bites on my legs from fire ants and other bugs crawling up my legs when working in the brushy areas. The cuff ties are great for keeping those pests out. Plus the pants are tough (rip stop?) yet lightweight and far more breathable than jeans. Of course there are cargo pockets and all pockets are very roomy. Reinforced knees. Pull tab thin web waist tighteners, button and sturdy zipper fly. These seem a great value of top quality for a reasonable price as a work pant compared to most jeans and Wrangler Riggs or Carhartt pants. Normally wear 38-40 waist jeans and the XL was a great fit with plenty of room in the legs than aid breathability. If you don’t need the pants cuff ties just cut them off. These Proppers are my new favorite Texas hot weather work pants.

They are not BDU's . Im sure they are mil spec, but the discription said button fly and reinforcesdknees and seat. These have niether.After receiving them, I read thier improvements. It says buttons replaced with zipper. Not an improvement for me. Cant fix a zipper in the woods. It also didnt say anything about no longer having reinforced seat and knees. These dont have either. Other then that they are great. 4 stars only because of the few negatives I listed. I feel a little misled. They are a little noisy to move around in. I washed them once, not as noisy. I think they will quieten down after a few washings.

fit great, looks better than security companies uniform, no supervisor has complained actually asked price and where bought them. longer lasting then issued pants.

The belt loops are thin and not wide. Not suited for heavy use

Color is good. Waist fitment is good. Hopefully they don't fade easily.Leg length is longer than expected. I always buy pants a little long, these are almost too long.
