Authentic spices for chinese dishes
This is the authentic product. Smells really good. Adds depth and dimension to your dishes, especially chinese cuisines. Slightly overpriced. You should toast and crush/grind it before use to mute the citrus flavors and heightens its woody notes. Excellent for spocong up meats.To toast the spice, you can add it to a dry skillet over medium heat and stir for about one minute, or until fragrant. Then you can grind or crush it after it is cooled.

Not worth buying, No fragrance or flavor at all in this product.
There is no fragrance or flavor at all in this product. Ideally for a curry, 3-4 pieces are sufficient but with with product even you add 10 - 15 pieces you wont get the fragrance. Waste of money.
