Logitech G604 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse Black

I was looking for an in general replacement for my G502. I have used G402 as well previously, and both lasted me for a time long enough for my usage. In fact my G502 lasted longer considering I started using it for both gaming and office tasks after WFH.I opted for this because it satisfied a few things:- enough thumb buttons for all the functions I need in games and office tasks- size large enough to warrant a comfortable palm grip and claw as well if required- wireless because I was fed up of frayed braided wire catching on my mousepad edges- on board memory for at least 2 different desktop profiles and 2-3 gamesThe G604 satisfies all of these. The buttons have good tactile feedback and do not require much force to actuate. The extra buttons on primary click are well separated and cannot be accidentally clicked, something which happened often on G402 and G502.The scroll wheel smooth in free mode, and has quite a weight to it so can spin longer due to momentum.Single AA battery is required which in my opinion is okay. Everyone knows Li-ion batteries have a limited lifetime, which is often quite shorter than the product itself. I keep spare Duracell both AA and AAA that are used almost everywhere else in my house.One thing I would like to indicate is that there is no dedicated profile switch button. The button to switch to BT mode can be long pressed to initiate Bluetooth pairing, but that's it. I had to sacrifice one of 6 thumb buttons for profile switch for on board memory. The RGB led on the mouse also has no indication of profile change. It only lights up when mouse is resumed from sleep, or when it switches Lightspeed to BT and vice-versa. You pretty much have to smash different keys to figure out which profile you are on. It a big hassle if you accidentally press that button.Logitech's software has also come a long way. The G-Hub is okay for managing everything on the same desktop. On board memory manager is another software which can be used to properly customize the onboard memory profiles.The overall finish and feel is same as any premium mouse. The surface is textured and grip is good due to the rubberized feel. Size may be a bit too large for some people. The weight of 180 grams may also be too heavy for FPS gaming.

This mouse is the complete package. It's wireless, it's comfortable to hold for long hours and customizing the buttons makes life easy. The logitech GHUB software is also really good and helps explore the mouse better. The lightspeed technology on this mouse is outstanding and the only con is in lightspeed the battery doesn't last long. But for work the mouse is perfect.

I wanted to have a large mouse which I can switch between my windows and Mac and this is the one.In mac you can connect it via bluetooth and in windows with Lightspeed dongle and switchover with just a click of a button. The scroll however is not designed for Mac, what I mean to say is the soft scroll is clockwise while in Mac the scroll is generally anticlockwise. The ouse has hard scroll anticlockwise. So scrolling is slow in mac if you have too much to scroll.The scroll is both a hard and soft scroll.I have seen people mentioning there is no Logitech Service centre. There are service centres. I am from Delhi and the nearest one is at Nehru Place, New Delhi. If you don't stay at Tier -1 cities, you need to courier after raising a ticket at logitech Customer Support.Mostly in warranty they replace the entire product or give you the latest model if the current one is discontinued. I did that with my Logitech 203 keyboard.

First of all the mouse is too damn heavy don't even think of buying it for playing fps games. My mouse sensor started malfunctioning within 3 weeks of purchasing this mouse. The sensor is moving on its own. I purchased a new cell but the mouse won't even start when I used a new cell (I purchased the same cell which was provided in the case) . I contacted Logitech customer care but no response.Avoid buying this mouse I wasted 8k on this piece of s***.

For me this mouse fits perfectly in my hand, has 6 thumb buttons which are sufficient for most games and G-hub software perfectly lets me set the mouse the way I want. I can re-map each & every button on the mouse using G-hub. I am very happy with the buy.

I was using a G602 and now i upgraded to G604. The ergonomocs are great, and with the hero sensor on the g604 the game has changed. You get two additional horizontal scroll button on the wheel which you can configure to your liking in the logitech hub app.

we purchased this mouse for office work and it is excellent to increase your productivity. Just purchase it. Great Product if you can afford

Mouse is heavy.. Huge number of custom buttons available for all your gaming keybinds.. Can also be used by photoshoppers or content creators to bind actions to side buttons.. Mouse is on the heavy side.Previously my logitech mouse lasted 10 years. This one showed problems with scroll wheel side button inside warranty period. I had it replaced and the new one working fine.. Hope I dont have issues after some time with the new one.. This is why I am giving 3 rating..
