Good product easy to use. Very effective. There are several different programs to choose from. there are many levels you can apply. You have 10 minute programs but can use 3 one after another. I am very happy with this belt. I had slendertone belt before but find this easier to use and was much cheaper.

I've only used the ab belt so far so I can't comment on the bicep straps.The belt is comfortable to use and I feel like I have gained core strength. It's a really good product, especially for the low price, but there are a few things to watch out for:-The pouch is a snug fit for the module, so you can't use it without accidentally pressing one of the buttons. A keypad lock function would cure this frustrating problem;You can get by with water but, for heavy use, it's worth spending a few quid on some gel to minimise the chance of skin irritation; andPersonally I feel like the 10 minute duration is pretty short, to then have to get the controller out and press the button 30 - 40 times to set it to my desired level. 20 minutes would be ideal between programme changes.

Early days so far but everything appears ok, easy to set up and use so no issues

This seems like a good quality product which should last, it isn’t flimsy at all. it’s very easy to use and feels good when using. The timer counts down so you can see how long it’s been on and how is left. I like the fact that when using it on the abdomen and arms, all 3 units carry out the same function in sync with each other as opposed to some units that you have to switch on independently of each other. The only downside is that it’s a bit fiddly putting it on your arms at first but you get used to that quite quickly. It’s really easy just strapping onto your abdomen though and it stays firmly in place, regardless of moving around with it on.

Misleading advertising as the image shows a gel but when received no gel is included in the box. So you have to spend another £10 to get a gel.

It's quite and easy to set up and use. It works alot better than all the other types. Would highly recommend this product for building muscles and for toning.Another GOOD thing is you don't need to keep changing jel pads they are not required. ☆☆☆☆☆
