ScentLok OZ Radial EZ, Portable Ozone Generator (Black)

I have used the oz on about 15 hunts so far this year and have had no issues at all with it. I do not know how many mg of ozone it produces but I feel like it is doing a sufficient job when I am take normal odor control procedures. I think that the oz will work better in a ground blind or regular condo type stand than out of a tree stand. I am very impressed with the battery life on this unit, I have used ozonics and seen the batteries last 2 hours from a full charge, but running the oz on boost mode I am consistently getting 6 hours out of the battery! I do not see why someone would spend all the extra money on an ozonics (which is a great product) when the oz is just as good, and far less expensive, and even has the option to charge your phone!

This is the second one I bought. I have had many encounters with deer down wind. Some don't notice me at all and some know something is different but, most of the time they still walk right past me. It is not total scent elimination, it's scent control!!! If it buys me a few more seconds to make a good shot or stop the old mature deer from blowing at me, I AM IN. I have used this product for 3 years now and it has become as important as a grunt call or a good set of binoculars. I use the smaller version in a air tight container on my camo, backpack, harness, etc.

I would rate this a 5 if it was slightly quieter. Animals cannot hear it but it does make enough noise running that it can impair your ability to hear faint noises. seems to work well and have not run the battery out in spite of running almost all day in 30 degree temperatures.

I am a huge skeptic when it comes to gadgets for deer hunting and do hours of research, both on line and personal with other hunters before considering a purchase.I used the OZ Radial for the first time yesterday morning opening day of archery in PA.I feel that this unit made a big difference during my hunt.Now, I will say that even though I had this unit I still practiced my typical scent control regiment, shower, wash clothes, powder, scent lok suit, put clothes on in the field, hunt the right wind direction.Yesterday during my hunt the wind was good but I had a nice mature 8PT (3 1/2 yrs) get around me before first light. How did I know it was an nice 8? I had my wireless trail cam set up and it took pictures while I was in my stand. This deer hung around eating acorns for about 15 minutes down wind of me. I have to believe that this unit made the difference and I ended up taking the 8PT.I believe that because of the maturity of the deer the faintest smell of human scent would have sent him away, which has happened to me in the past.Only time will truly tell if this unit is the reason but I am a believer thus far.I feel if you are already using good scent control practices this will only help.

This product stopped charging a few weeks into hunting season. I bought all my new supplys for hunting early due to deals and it hurt me in the long run. Due to the 30 day return policy I'm outside my window to return this non working product.

I purchased this one for my hunting friends.Last fall I got one for myself and I really like it. It’s isn’t loud at all, as some have reviewed for other similar products. I like that I can just hang it anywhere in the tree, bow hanger or limb usually. I can run it in my truck when I’m not in it, then simply recharge it.I think it’s great!

This works well at home when put with clothes in a tub, bag, or in the truck. Battery life is awesome / long lasting. Puts out a lot of ozone. Only complaint is that it has become fairly loud. The fan runs and doesn’t create a tone of noise but occasionally it will start making a loud buzzing noise. I can turn it off and on and it will stop for a while but then start back. Works great at home but I wouldn’t want it hanging by me in the woods and decide to act up when a deer is around.

When I recieved this unit the battery was completely dead. Unit to a very long time to charge. Someone in the questions and answer said 2 to 3 hrs. Mine took almost 8 hrs. useing the charger that came with unit. So let it charge dont think you have a bad unit like I did at first. I think this unit works just as good as the other competitors if not better than most. Also has a lot longer of battery life on a single charge
