ATPWONZ Food filter Straining Set Kitchen Strainer for Wine, Liquor, Enzymes

This earned a star for use as I could not leave a no star review.The strainer is not fit for purpose and I have disposed of it.I make fruit wines/liqueurs traditionally using a muslin cloth to strain my fruit mixture.This item is advertised as a jam/wine strainer but it is so fine that virtually no liquid other than water goes through it.I used a sieve to strain my fruit liquid first but it was still no good.Waste of money.

Filter 'healed' itself after first use. It won't even allow water to pass through. At all. Can't unclog it even by boiling it. Utterly useless.

I bought this to filter my gin liqueur which I had made. I should have tried it with some water to start with as I could see that it was more like a plasticised material. It didn't let the liquid through at all. Yes it stopped the fruit from going into the bottle but it stopped everything going through acting like a complete barrier and not a filter

i do not have a sieve to add this onto and it was a very tight weave so the grape juice i was trying to clean took hours to strain through and i did have about 9-10 litres to do was there for a very long time . in the end had to walk off and do other things it seemed too get blocked quickly hence the slow filter rate . i dont think i'd use it of try again.

I wish I had read some of the reviews here before buying this product. I used it to filter cooking oil - after it completely cooled down of course. It was very slow but did a good job filtering the oil. When I went to use it again it was hardly filtering anything at all. Forget oil it won't even let water pass through it. I've tried to unblock it with all sorted - bicarb, vinegar, boiling water - nothing works. Now I'm trying to see if Amazon sell the filter, otherwise, I'll just have to throw it away.

The photos for this product clearly show the filter AND the funnel. What's more, the description describes it as a SET.But it is not a set and does not include the funnel. I need both so this is no use.

This does just the job to filter the remaining oil from the bottom of my Tefal oleoclean deep fat frier collecting all the bits at the bottom

It’s a good sieve but was too fine for straining fruited drinks, it took to long for liquid to flow through
