Amazing glass tube heater.
The heater was easy to assemble. I have used it 6 times and it lights easily. The flame in the glass tube is impressive and puts out a lot of light. Heat is only functional for about 3 feet from each side of the unit. I liked it so much that I ordered another unit to balance out my patio. With two units on my patio the look when lit is amazing.

Great looking, not as warm as claimed
Overall, it was a while to put it together, but after it was done, it looked great, and even better when lit.However, regarding the heat, radius where we felt warmth was more like 5 ft, anything further there is very little if any effect. However, despite this, still enjoy the unit, moved the chairs closer solved the problem.

This is the 2nd patio heater I bought from Mr. Patio and the experience was great. We received the heater in 2 days for a party we were having. Set-up and operation are super easy. The heater produces plenty of heat, is attractive and looks nice with our outdoor furniture. We have a very large outdoor space so we bought this second heater to go with our first and it was the perfect amount of heat.

received a product that was broken
We put the heater together and ignition switch did not work. The heater was shipped with a defective ignition. Company did not offer to replace switch and wanted me to pack heater back up and ship entire thing back to them. I would have to take apart the heater and buy another box to ship it back ! Way too much work for an elderly lady. We have to manually light the darn thing every time we use it. Looks pretty when lit but puts out absolutely NO heat unless you stand right next to it.

Great Product!
Love this product. Looks amazing. Puts off great heat and light. Simple to assemble roughly 15 mins using the tools provided. I would definitely recommend

well made, works easyily
direction did not show the proper position lower plate for the install. Put lower plate on and door would not function in wrong position.Had to remove all the panels and reinstall.
