Metagenics Serosyn Supplement, 90 Count

I used SeroSyn, mainly, to help me sleep through the nite. However, because this time in our history has been so very stressful, I've used it during the day when I've been particularly anxious. It is a very gentle and natural aide to destress. My doctor introduced it to me a number of years ago ... and I've used it ever since ... It truly has helped calm me so that I can focus my attention on every day living. I do not use it EVERY day ... but when I especially feel anxious...and that, as we all know, has been OFTEN in this time of Covid and crazy politics.

Have been using this product for several years. It was suggested by my doctor and it is a great product to boost your mood.

This product is an essential tool for my sleep and anxiety. I have tried multiple times to substitute other products, and have even purchased the ingredients individually to try and save money, but I just keep coming back to this because nothing works as well for me. I sleep deeply and dream, and find I am able to cope with daily stress much better. I do manage to just take one in the morning and one at night to save some money.

I was in a car accident over a year ago. I had whiplash, and still have P.T.S.D. My chiropractor suggested that I try this product. She sold it at her office. I have been taking it faithfully for over a year and wouldn't be without it! If I feel a panic attack coming on I can take one, and it helps. I usually take two a day. Its a great product, especially, if you don't want to take anxiety meds!

My health care practitioner recommended these to help with sleep at the whopping cost of $96. Did not help.

My naturopath recommended trying this for my insomnia. I followed directions on the bottle and I believe it's helping. It took a day or two but now I'm sleeping about 7-8 hours a night compared to 3-4 hours previously. I don't take any prescription meds and my goal is to never take them. I use the SeroSyn with another product called Kavinace along with a magesium/potassium capsule and am now sleeping fine. Hope this helps you, too! Insomnia sucks....

My seventeen year old son has been taking this once a day since he was 10 or so. (Serosyn is pretty new, but he previously took the precursor to this product, called Somnolin--very similar). Anyway, this has alleviated ALL of his ADHD symptoms--he is calm, focused, and a great student. We started the product when his pediatrician noticed that he had surprsingly low vitamin B levels (which she found when we refused to put our son on ADD meds). THANK YOU Metagenics. In the past, if he forgot to take it for about 4-5 days, he started to get a little testy--and then I asked "Have you been taking your Serosyn?" He now WANTS to take it, and rarely forgets, because he knows how taking this just makes him feel better.
