TEC1-12715 Semiconductor Thermoelectric Cooler Heat Sink Cooling Peltier

See my review on the TEC1-12710 from a different supplier. In the same setup (a fermenting chamber that reached 26 deg. F with the previous devices), these units, which boast 30% better performance actually perform about like a TEC1-12706. Chamber temperature only dropped to 43 deg. F at the same external temperature (about 71 deg. F). They are not drawing proper current to fit the performance data in the data sheet. Purchased six(6) and all are poor performers. These items came straight from China, taking several weeks to arrive and I suspect they were either deliberately or accidentally mis-labeled. They "work" but with very low performance.
