These are pretty big pumpkin seeds, I add them to my L.Reuteri yogurt. You are getting tons of seed for your money. Very happy, I use as a part of my dietary fibre and zinc to support my vitamin D supplement. Nice value for money.

CHINESE !!!
I bought these on the understanding they were from Europe. Unfortunately Chandra don't tell you but on arrival they are in fact Chinese who have a diabolical reputation for using dangerous pesticides. They are cheap but you get what you pay for...they are all in the bin and I've gone back to my Austrian organic seeds
