Myocalm helps me relax. It especially helps when I have sore muscles or wrench my back out of place. I have used it for years.

I have been taking MyoCalm for approx 3 years and I can personally attest to its affectiveness. I was prescribed to 2mg Klonopin for 5 years for treatment of physical anxiety that was a byproduct of other, more severe Lyme disease symptoms & co-infections. I just couldn't see myself spending the rest of my life on a benzo...that stuff is for the birds, for real!! Anyway, even before I stopped taking kpins I began taking MyoCalm, and then immediately after stopping I added a daily camomile capsule into the mix, and often another one right before bed. I always take two MyoCalm pills with my camomile, and plain and simple it works great! I can't speak for people that have extremely severe anxiety issues as I do not...but I can tell you that I've had some insanely bizarre symptoms over the past 7 years, ranging from aching feet & ankles, to extreme difficulty breathing, to cognitive anomalies, and from chronic fatigue to insomnia, often in the same day! And countless other symptoms. Obviously this stuff isn't going to treat all that ails you, but it will sure as hell make you more comfortable along the way!-Godspeedps- I ordered the PM version once by accident and that works well for sleeping, and have since re-purchased several times throughout the years. Knocks me out like a charm.

I have RLS (Restless leg syndrome) at age 26, had it for most of my life. And this is the only medicine that doesn't make me drowsy, doesn't put me in a coma, allows me to still tend to my 1 year old at night if she needs me, as well as relieves my RLS on really bad nights. It seems to works...had back and shoulder pain and took at night. I have been taking 2 nightly and it helps but it stinks. What's in it that makes it smell bad?
