I've only used the black and when I tried to install it, there was ink all over the cartridge leaking from somewhere? I wiped it off and installed it. not sure how much was lost or what caused the leak? not impressed. hope the colors don't also leak!THE SUPPLIER REPLACED THE ENTIRE ORDER WHICH ARE PERFORMING AS EXPECTED. I'D DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SUPPLIER AS THEY STAND FIRMLY BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE IS STELLAR! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Completely useless. Printer does not register these cartridges as usable (shows error ink message). For reference I have Brother MFC-J497DW. Complete waste of money and misleading headline as they fit in the slot but are NOT compatible at actually printing with the installed software. At least on my machine.>:C

Ordered this 2 months ago and just got around to using it. I carefully opened the yellow pull tab and ink came bubbling out all over the place! I live at high altitude, and have used ink cartridges for 15 years. Sometimes a little ink would come out when opening, but NEVER this much! Wow...not sure how much life is left in these.

The first cartridge I opened and installed (yellow) without any issues. But each cartridge I've opened since then (cyan, magenta, black) has leaked badly as soon as the tape is removed, making installation and use impossible. So, I'm guessing this problem reflects poor assembly at some point. Since only 1 of the 5 cartridges I bought were usable, this product is definitely not worth the price or trouble - the leaks made a huge mess of ink to clean up:(

This is my 2nd purchase of this ink. The 1st time I needed ink desperately and fast, but I had only $22 to spend. Spending the almost $50 at Staples was not going to work with me. After reading that it may be compatible with my Brother printer, I decided to give it a shot. It came with an extra black ink cartridge. It was a little difficult to push and close the cartridges at first, but after taking a deep breath, the cartridges fit perfectly and I was able to print with the exact colors I used to spend double on. I do not print much, but I bought 2 more sets to have as stand by just in case the price gets jacked up later. Save yourself a lot of money and purchase Allwork printing ink.

I was able to print approx 50 NORMAL just text documents, then the ink was out again. So I put in the second one, I printed about 35 papers all text and I am out of ink again. I installed these less than as week ago and I am already buying more, I have a brother ink jet, I cannot and do not print much, but when I do I expect to have a cartridge last for at least 3 weeks, these lasted less than 4 days. I just ordered Amazons pick and picked them up today. I would not buy these from this company, truly the worst $20.00 I have spent on print cartridges in 25 years. Don't waste your time or money.

The headline says it all. I followed the instructions about what to do if the printer doesn’t “see” the cartridges, but that did not help. I’ve had good luck with other brands that advertise Brother compatibility but not this one. Out of frustration I decided to buy the Brother brand for LC 3011 and 3013. Expensive, but they worked flawlessly

I bought these because they were a great price. They arrived quickly and in good condition. I would have given them 5 stars but the blue cartridge leaked a little when I installed it. It wasn't a big deal and it has been working fine for over 2 weeks now. I will be purchasing again.
