Love this stuff. I've been using it about 2 years now and it always works. The trick is to drink a lot of water throughout the day. It's nothing like taking a laxative but once you get the feeling it's time to go, you have about 15 minutes to get to a bathroom. It for sure cleans you out. I highly recommend this product for someone who needs a little help going daily.

After taking the product for about 2 weeks I started ...
After taking the product for about 2 weeks I started experiencing flare ups with gout. I can't positively say that the product is the only cause but I've been taking anti-gout medicine for a few years now. I stopped taking the product 3 days ago and the pain has been easing off so I'll stay away from it for a while longer and see what happens. It did curb my appetite and I lost about 5 lbs so that was a benefit.
