Atlantic British Trailer Wiring Kit YWJ500170 for Range Rover Sport (2006-2009)

Plug and play. I had access to a vehicle lift so this was extremely easy. However i would be just as capable without a lift. The screws were a bit to long and didn’t fit into my corroded anchor baskets. Other than that. Everything was an exact fit!

So I purchased this installed it simple enough not very hard to install unplug a harness plug in another one pigtail it ground it. Somehow my trailer lights flicker when car is completely off just for about five minutes to that car shut down the power completely but now, my alarm goes off randomly Never did it until I installed harness not sure why since it plugs directly into existing wires, not sure if anyone else is having the same issue but other than that lights come on when turned on everything else works

This was so easy to install. I installed this product i. 45 mins.

The harness and connectors all fit as supplied, but the actual plug that mates to the trailer doesn’t fit correctly. The two metal tabs are about 1/4” too long to fit in the opening and align the screw holes. Once I realized it, I pulled it back out twice and had a metal grinder and took it down so that the screw holes could align. Very disappointing considering this is supposed to be a Land Rover oem part. If you have a grinder and don’t mind the extra work, go ahead and buy it. I was disappointed when the part just plain didn’t come close to fitting unmodified.

Wasn't too hard to install if you go thru the instruction first. All connectors for easy use.

Save your money, I had to spend extra money to rewire to taillights and now my back up detection alarm doesn’t work. TRASH product
