Is this shirt super soft & true to size?

It's a tri-blend I'm pretty sure. So, softer than cotton, and true to size. Not sure your definition of "super soft". I had to return my shirt as the printing wasn't centered on the shirt well, and looked funny. But other Luv T's I have bought I have liked. Plus they don't wrinkle like 100% cotton.
