Lenox 829739 French Perle Flatware Set, 11.30 LB, 65-Piece

Bought these to replace a set I received for a wedding gift 12 years ago. I researched the best stainless steel silverware and Lenox was number 1 in two of the articles I found. The pattern is pretty as pictured but simple which I like. Wash well in the dishwasher and seem to be holding up. They are very heavy but comfortable to use even for kids. You could easily knock someone unconscious with the handle of a butter knife, not that that's important but hey good to know right? Someone complains about your cooking? Whack!Anywho, they are wonderful and come with nice serving pieces too! Also it's a great value for a 12 serving set at the price! Will probably purchase extra pieces in this pattern for just in cases. No one has solved the mystery of disappearing silverware yet so it's best to have spares!

I hesitated to purchase this set of Lennox flatware because it was not made in the America, but I finally relented and I'm so glad I did. The pattern is simple but elegant and the finish (18/10stainless) does not dull- I bought the flatware six months ago using it everyday, and the luster remains as beautiful as ever.

Love my silverware. Very pretty and comes washes great in the dishwasher. My mom has the same set and it still looks new after many years of use.

We have had this set since Christmas. Love it!It's moderately heavy and solid. Feels like quality in your hands. The almost mirror finish seems to be holding up well. The knives are showing some minor signs of scratches so we are being more careful with them and haven't seen any new scratches. They come our of the dishwasher sparkling and shiny! They look pretty fancy and are good enough for our formal Sunday dinners but are great for daily use.The salad forks are actually pretty good sized so we tend to use them as regular forks which doubles the number of forks available. The teaspoons and tablespoons are perfectly sized. Teaspoon not too small, tablespoon is larger as it should be. The extra serving utensils are nice and we use them often.No sign or rust at all. I've looked carefully. They sometimes sit in the sink sometimes (just like any normal family) and we always us the dishwasher. Sometimes we don't use the heated dry. I don't see rust and everything still looks new after 5 months of daily use.Overall I'm please enough with this set that I'm ordering another so that we have enough settings for some of our larger dinner parties.

This is a great set of everyday silverware, with an amazing price for service for twelve. It is a lovely pattern, not too fussy or ornate, and it has the weight and feel of VERY expensive flatware. The serving pieces are likewise beautiful and heavy….it is just an incredible buy for both quantity AND quality for the entire set.I was a bit skeptical when I ordered, but knew I could return it if I wasn’t impressed. I’m so glad I took the risk, as I have ended up with heirloom quality for a bargain price!!

Beautiful set. Worth the price. Look more expensive than they were. Nice, heavy quality.
