Learned that this helps harness the free testosterone. Definitely can tell the difference. I take it one a day in the morning.

Can't rate fairly - I used on advice of medical provider, but had to stop because of an adverse side effect.

I am a 69 year old female. Boron is a vital part of my vitamin program. My knees, my joints are in good shape. I still climb onto roofs and work on ladders for hours at a time. I can kneel down on concrete for a few hours and weed the garden without needing a pad. I do take a lot of other vitamins. Therefore, I don't know for sure that the boron is creating my good health.However, my core strength was greater; my memory seems better.Most boron caps come in 3mg. to 6mg. I started taking a higher dose because the Mayo Clinic website stated that 3mg. has little to NO effect. . I also read that back before the 1950's there was much more natural boron in our US soil and people were getting about 75mg. per day in their average diets. I AM "NOT" SUGGESTING THAT ANYONE TAKE more that the suggested dose. Everyone is different. Consult a naturopathic physician before upping the dose of any product.

I've read a lot of info that says boron is an important supplement so I purchased this and started using it. I honestly cannot say if I notice any effect from it so giving 3 star because neither good nor bad. Nutricoast products have always been reliable so I trust the brand and the number of caps for the price seems like a good value. Been taking it about 2 months so far. It's a small investment for this and if you are looking at adding Boron to your supplements this is probably OK. Give it a try, YMMV.
