Product degraded within one year.
The media could not be loaded. Eight months into having the product on my 2021 Rubicon. The product sold showed rust and a complete breakdown in the hardware along with surface discoloration with pitting. Thing is I really like the look and the concept of the product. If it had a better paint job and better hardware, I would consider it again. As is, I need to take this someplace to completely strip and repaint with quality product.

Mark your hinge location before removing screws!!
I’m laughing at all you complaining about it being difficult to remove 🤣If done right, you don’t strip off the head of your existing bolt, yes they are TIGHT! Use a breaker bar on whatever tool torx 50 you’re using, you will chip off the paint so beware. The length is just fine, however, your door will drop and come out of alignment so mark the hinge first before removing bolts to put back in original position. Also, the finger tightening screw will get rusted if you get it wet, replace with Stainless Steel or just add a bit of anti seize on the threads, other than that it’s held my weight just fine (170 lbs)You won’t be disappointed, just don’t panic when you read other reviews saying it’s so hard to remove you have to take it to a shop, they’re probably going to laugh at you and ask you to turn in your man card 🤣

Product is great, and cost effective.

Good product for the right price.
Easy to install. Use heat gun to soften the logs of the door. It can take at least my full weight. I also added rubber gasket in between the door and this product.

Seems solid provides a good foothold
All those are very sturdy product it seems to compromise the door mounting a bit. Filler spacers should be provided to occupy the space of the recessed head of the original fasteners.

Rust — not even 9 months
Not even on the jeep for 9 months and complete rustOne side the screws fit flush and on the other side the screws are more exposed I thought they would be even. I like the look of them and since I’m shorter and my jeep is lifted helpful to reach roof rack
