I don't like my foods to taste AT ALL like coconut oil, so I use REFINED coconut oil for cooking. I use this raw oil as a body, face and hair moisturizer.Don't just grab a wad and rub it on your body. You'll be shiny like a slick pig. Instead, I transfer some to a pretty jar and keep it in the bathroom. Then to use, I lightly touch my fingers to the oil, run my other hand quickly under a tiny stream of water, then rub the two together to create an oily slurry that I rub on my face and body. Its the best moisturizer ever. Literally lasts all day. Totally natural and much cheaper than the chemical stuff made with alcohol.This raw version does have the taste of unsweetened coconut, as all the raw extra virgin ones do. Some people don't mind the taste but I do. I can't stand my eggs tasting like coconuts. I use olive oil in foods that I want to taste like olive oil, but I use REFINED coconut oil in cooking where I don't want an olive or coconut taste. Refined coconut oil is tasteless and great for eggs, etc.This Raw, Biodynamic, Organic, Cold-Pressed, Extra-Virgin oil tics all the boxes for me as far as a body, face and hair moisturizer. It comes in glass, which is imperative. You do not want any oil in plastic as studies show that oils draw the chemicals out of plastics and into the oil.I once read that the only oils that had cell walls small enough to penetrate the hair shaft were coconut, olive and avocado. All other oils just sit on top, unabsorbed. Olive and avocado have a distinct odor and you can't keep them well in a bathroom without spoilage. Coconut oil is therefore the winner for skin and hair. Coconut oil has so many antioxidants that it naturally has a 5-year shelf life.

Good quality and I love that it comes in a glass jar, that way the oil doesn’t get any type chemical contamination from plastic. It last me 2 months and I can already see changes in my body. I’ll keep buying it🥲(They just need to be more careful with packaging.)

We love this coconut oil. Love that it comes in a glass bottle! We use it on our skin, keeps it soft and moisturized.
