Good quality camera. Easy set-up through the app and user friendly with helpful set-up video on the app. Picture is an example of 1080p infrared and daylight picture is also clear in both SD and HD. Only problem I had with this camera is in the motion detection alerts on app. I was unable to activate alerts because of a failure message every time I tried to activate motion detection alerts. All in all, great product.

Great product. Blends in and is modern looking. Video and photo quality is the best for the price the night vision is impressive. I use this camera to keep an eye on my pups when we are away. Audio can be a little delayed but it’s nothing serious. Motion detection is great allows you to pick the motion detection area versus just making you use the whole room. I would recommend this product for sure. Oh also comes with a wall mount if you want to be more discreet. **Thumbs up**

I really like this camera. I was looking for something that was still usable but not super expensive and this fits the bill. Setting it up was really a nightmare though. I couldn't get it to connect to our wifi, until I realized that it would only connect to the 2.5 Hz guest channel and not the 5G main channel. After that, it was a bit easier. But I've had to manually reset the thing multiple times to get it to set up, which is annoying. And the noise it makes!!!! I just can't with the setup. Now that i have it established, it's really nice to be able to watch my dog while I'm away. I can talk to her through it as well which is handy in helping her calm down if she's stressed.

These cameras are beyond a 5 star rating. They are sleek, modern looking and so easy to set up. The picture is HD in color with the lights on and black and white HD when it's dark. These cameras literally saved my life. My pup is suffering from seizures and I couldn't sleep and was terrified I would not be around if it happened again. Last night time was the first time I slept in weeks. Anytime I woke up, I just went into the app and within seconds could see my pup sleeping soundly. I will probably buy a few more. Please do not hesitate to buy this product. To me 40 bucks a camera is like pennies in exchange for your pet's safety and your peace of mind. I don't even write reviews. But I had to for this one. I also want to point out that I've purchased some "need to assemble / setup" products that were made in other countries and the instructions were useless- I've had to throw things away that I just couldnt figure out the instructions. Although there are some grammatical and spelling errors, the instructions are still very clear and easy to understand and the app is well designed and user friendly. I was very concerned the cultural barrier may take away from the ease of setup, but it did not. Just very impressed overall.

I’m not sure why this is so highly rated. The camera vision is nice and it was decently easy to set up but it’s not wireless - you need it plugged into an outlet. I guess the wireless part was just referring to the wifi hookup. The part that stinks is the app that you use - read the TENVISITY app before you buy. Many report not getting motion detection alerts even if they turn that option on. I’m in the same point. I also put a mini sd card in and it isn’t recognizing it, so I formatted it. Nothing. I can record manually but honestly I need this to monitor when I’m not home. It’s pointless for that. I guess I could see someone getting use out of this if they are constantly monitoring what’s happening but for me it’s useless and I will be returning. For the price the video quality is good but I guess you have to pay more to have a highly functioning app.

I have a bunch of these TENVIS cameras and they are great. However, I needed to put memory cards in a few of them and one of the black cameras was not behaving correctly when I attempted to install a brand new card. The other cameras resist a tiny bit because you are bucking up against an internal spring until the card locks in place inside the camera. No problem ever until this one camera! The card did not want to go into the camera. I got a flashlight and magnifiyingh glass and compared the other camera slots to the slot in the camera that did not want to accept the insertion of the card. The upper housing (metal) was bent down into the opening preventing the insertion of the memory card. I gently pushed the metal up a little exposing the opening. I put the memory card into the slot with "no resistance" whatsoever, no spring action. Without a spring, you will not be able to remove the memory card by pressing it so it pops back out. I realized the slot was defective right out of the box. I tried the camera anyway with the card inserted, but not locked in and it showed up as a memory card with full data available. Ten minutes later, no memory card was showing in the camera. I easily removed the card and tried again and again. No memory card found again. Since the interior slot area already had defects and the spring/lock mechanism is non-existent, this camera is not usable because it does live manual viewing only. I need a replacement camera for this bad one; however, due to waiting so long for the delivery of my MicroSD cards, the return window is now closed. Here I am now with a defective item. Also, two other cameras I purchased for my daughter refuse to be found by the WiFi at her house. I believe dropping the TENVISTY APP was a major mistake because she cannot download it anymore as it is now upgraded to NEW TENVIS. I tried to setup 3 brand new cameras with the new app in my own home and it was a failure. I opened the previous TENVISTY app and they each installed in less than a minute. I gave 7 if these cameras as gifts and the recipients left them unopened for over a tear and cannot install them either with the New Tenvis app. PLEASE RESTORE AND MAKE AVAILABLE THE TENVISTY APP OR THESE CAMERAS ARE A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. A new company has taken over TENVIS and I am already regretting their business acquisition.

I’ve never had a security camera before. I bought solely to watch on my dog while at work. For the price, this thing does exactly what I wanted. Pictures pretty good, sound is good enough. Can pan the camera using the phone App. Sometimes it feels a little laggy when swiping to move the camera, but nothing major. Set up took barley 2 minutes. It’s a pretty neat. It is plugged in thru an outlet.
