Only 3 grams – NOT an Ounce – False Advertising
This is advertised as 1 OUNCE, but what I received was a tiny packet containing only 3 grams of poppy seeds – and that is the weight including the plastic the seeds are packaged in.I took a picture showing the weight of the product received.I am not happy at all and will be filing a complaint with Amazon.comI want my money back.

Not as advertised.
The seeds I received were labeled tasmanian purple papaver somniferum, however they aren't purple at all and actually turned out to be a completely different species, the "Shirley Poppy". I grew and tended to these plants over the last couple months and they do look nice, just not at all what I ordered.

Only 4 grams in each package
This rating is based on the short weight rather than the Quality of the seeds which I haven't germinated yet.I purchased 3 supposedly 1 ounce pkgs, but the total weight of all three I received is .46 oz, or 12.1 g. This includes the weight of the package. This is less than 1/6 of the advertised amount.

Not an ounce.....well under.
Great seeds, if germinated in a cup of water, you can have nearly 100% success rate. Just fill with water, and sprinkle the seeds on top. Tilling dirt, and throwing the seeds on top, is silly.. Now, the actual weight of these seeds is false advertisement. Not anywhere close to one ounce....

they absolutely DO GROW!
As a gardener of all types of plants I've experimented with many methods of seed sprouting. These will pop consistently and easily using rockwool cubes. They require both moist and highly airrated medium to pop. I have the few that I tried up and growing. Will start at the right tone of the season next year

Never sprouted!
I have grown this variety before and always had good luck, but from this suppler not so much, I planted them and they never sprouted. I would look elsewhere.

They Grow Strong! Even in summertime here in Maine.
Planted 20 seeds only at the beginning of summer, here in cold Maine, just to test them out to see how strong they are, 4 have sprouted in less than 10 days. They grow. And they are strong. They have even survived germination with a 3 day heat wave of temps in the 90's .... but I packed ice on them daily.Good seeds, good seller....will buy again.
