The taste of this adds so much to your baked goods. You can smell the molasses. Will buy more for my pecan pies for the holidays, should mix nicely with bourbon.

This is my favorite sugar for my iced coffees! It’s like granulated molasses with a hint more sweetness. It dissolves very quickly in my cold coffee with cream with just a little stirring. I do recommend getting one of those little terracotta brown sugar keepers so it will stay moist and granulated in the fridge.

It taste is quite good.

Sugar with flavor. I would only use this sugar if it is specifically called for in the recipe. It isnt outrageously expensive, but it is for the quantity given.

I use this sugar to make banana cheesecake rolls, and they’re amazing. This sugar isn’t that expensive, and will last you a while. You should get it!!!

I usually use this for baking, and it is rock hard. It is hard to mix with a batter. I got two consecutive rock hard ones. They need to figure out how to keep their quality.

I have purchased this two times now and it has never disappointed me. I have purchased this to make my brown sugar boba pearls and I don't think another brand can surpass this one. For anyone willing to try to make their own boba pearls or willing to bake with this, I don't think you will be disappointed, it is a good purchase.
