Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma, Vol. 6

The life of a chef still going on for Soma and his friends. Food!!! What can I said, it's a food manga.I will put this series on hold...was waiting to see how the story is progressing first before making more purchase.I do not want to make a mistake like I did with Nisekoi...the story going down hill so it's a waste.

Ahhh food wars was great as always♡ I can't waitnto buy the next volume, these characters always keep me on the edge of my seat!

I won't do any spoilers here since I do consider this book one of the better ones. Yes, the kids do get a surprise visitor after their break. A person who once went to that school. In common food wars fashion there is a cooking challenge and once you see what they make I don't think you can argue about the winner. Especially if you keep in mind how far this person has traveled around the world. Then we find out the theme of the next challenge...curry, and Soma meets someone who gives him a very interesting greeting. I like this book along with 5 and 7. We also meet Akira Hayama a fav of mine.

It has a good story.

Love this series! I am always looking for the next book. The characters are so much fun and the recipes described make your mouth water as you read. Love love love it!

I am still really enjoying this series! Ready to continue with the physical copies of v7 & 8! The Fall Classic is on and poppin’!

This series has, besides some very warm art, some thought-provoking recipes. I generally stick to reading comedy, science fiction, and history (when those are are not the same thing), but am very happily into Food Wars! It provides food for thinking.
