How is this meant to seal on cylinder if there is no seal???

How is it supposed to work!
When I screwed it up to the gas bottle it just leaked gas. I tried to tighten the valve nut and it made no difference. Still leaked. I have arranged for it to be returned as faulty. I'm going to buy a more expensive one.

Neat little regulator that fits sodastream bottles perfectly
I took a chance on this regulator that's ready adapted for sodastream bottles because it's a really neat and tidy solution at a fair price. I'm really glad I did because it works perfectly.I bought it for an aquarium co2 system I was building. It regulates really nicely, giving good control of the bubble count. It seals against the co2 bottle well and I've meticulously checked it for leaks of which there are non.I removed the supplied output nozzle and bought a needle valve and bubble optic that fitted straight in. I used a little liquid pipe sealent to ensure no leaks which is recommend over PTFE tape.Really happy with it.
