I was very happy that these were delivered in a box, after reading some reviews on shoes/boots coming in plastic package and toe portion dented up, I was unsure if I wanted to order. I found reviews stating to order a size up helpful, and that is just what I did. the boots are very cute, I would not call them navy though, more like an electric blue, which was the perfect shade I was looking for my costume. They are cheap boots, but for what I need them for, will work out perfectly. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Cute boots, they run small. I wear a 9 or 91/2, ordered 10 and they fit perfectly. There isn't much cushion on the bottom, but I work at a desk job,so it doesn't matter. Overall they work for me,and I didn't want to spend $100 when spring is around the corner!

Boot is cheaply made. Sole feels like it is made with cardboard. No support. Feels like entire boot is made from cardboard and paper. Will return. One star rating is too much.

They were exactly what I was expecting. I have a wide foot and I went a half a size bigger. It worked perfectly. Good shoe for the price.

nice. comfortable boot. doesn't look like it would hold up to heavy use. it is good for the occasional wear though.
