Very nice whiskey glass. Here is why I gave it 3 stars. 1st reason, the description says "glasses" and shows 2 glasses in 3 out of 5 pictures. So half the value I thought I was getting. 2nd reason is it came with huge finger print smudges all over it, which isn't very classy. Gloves should be worn, when you're handling glassware. Too bad because it's a nice glass.

I was excited about the customization of this product, however was very disappointed in the quality. The printing and overall design on the glass is extremely crooked and I'm not sure how anyone could let this product be mailed to a customer in this poor condition. I have twice tried to write to the manufacturer, and written a previous review, but I cannot get through to anyone about issuing a replacement item. If anyone reads this from the company, please contact me to rectify this situation.
