Lightweight, and will get the job done!
Purchased for a smaller 13year old dirtbike trail beginner, and will provide enough protection for typical brush and such. These are not for the real serious folks, but great for a casual rider blazing their own paths in the woods.

Too small for adult use.
Too small for adult. Knee pad can be used as a elbow pad and the elbow pad works for my 7 year old as a knee pad.

Needed equipment
Bought these for the neighbor's kids when one broke their arm on a dirtbike. I thought it would be funny because their mom was going to make them wear them all the time. But, they actually like them... so the joke is on me.

Good value
The pads arrived quickly and seem to be well constructed. The are a good size for my 10 year old son though the velcro straps seem to be a little long (a lot of excess strap when he has them on). I tried them on as well and though they're labeled adult/youth the only way I would be able to wear them is putting the knee pad on as elbow pads. Hopefully they'll hold up well.

Best fits people over 12 years old and under 16.
Because of the long hook and loop straps, the elbow protectors need to be modified in order to fit smaller arms. Buth the knee protectors are great for ages 12-16. I mean if there were more hook and loop material on the knee strap then it would fit a broader group of people. For adults, I Would recommend the Shift knee protectors sold on Amazon for about 23 dollars.

I actually bought these for my daughters to use for knee/shin protection while barrel racing. Well made and light weight. Not too bulky and fits under their jeans. Small ones fit my young daughters knees perfectly and larger ones fit my teenage daughter. Very happy with this purchase.

Uncomfortable
I bought this for hema fighting (beginner level) the pads didnt give much mobility and cut into my arm as the wide straps dig right into my inner elbow and restrain mobility, if these were made better with the straps I would enjoy it
