The cotton is just the right weight--light but not flimsy--and the fit is perfect. Although I don't wear Geta sandals or flip flops I like having the big toe separate. It's more comfortable. Must order more!!

I keep coming back to these after trying competitors. None compare to Meikan for quality, durability and comfort. I wear a US woman's 7, and the small is a perfect fit.9/29/21 updateI'm back today for more - where is the black? When I wear mine out (which means the black has faded past my comfort zone, a long journey) I hand off my supply to my daughter, who goes "sock foot" in a daycare. It's a sock eating environment, but these are up to the task! Sadly, my generosity has left me without any black until they are back in stock. Boo hoo!

They're comfortable, they ride low on the ankle, and they last a long time. (I use socks for months at a time, day in and day out. Twice a day I sprinkle an over-the-counter miconazole powder onto my toes and my socks to control toenail fungus, and this eliminates foot odor completely.)The big problem with these socks is that the manufacturer no longer exists, as far as I can tell. I wear an 8 shoe & these just fit me so I do not think they would be comfortable on anyone who wears a larger size. They are a wee thin but great to wear with geta or zori all year round

Very comfy! The seam is great, not bothersome. That’s usually a dealbreaker for me with socks.I was worried they would be cheap and thin but they’re actually pretty good quality for the price and the thickness is great. Not too thick, not too thin.They are also true to color, which is great considering navy blue can often range all over the place.I initially got them for a cosplay because I wanted good quality socks and not the cheap ones outfits usually come with, and I quite like them so much I bought more to wear as part of my regular attire.

These socks are well made and very comfortable. Will buy more. I just wish they had other colors.

Finally, a tabi sock that fits well! No uncomfortable bunching up between my toes, no squished little toe because the sock isn't wide enough, no bulky seams. I bought these to wear at night because I have arthritis in my feet that is causing my second toe to try to cross my big toe. The socks are comfortable and take care of the problem perfectly. They even help with the neuropathy in my feet! I'll be ordering more!

I did expect them to be a little taller. They're more like a quarter sock height for running. The fabric is not warm, so if you're in a cold house your feet will be cold. They are nicely made, so there's that.
