This is made very well, and is spot on for what it is designed to do, but it's a bit stiff for my needs. Keep in mind that it was delivered in sub zero temperatures, and foam shrinks and gets stiff. A few days later, it was still a bit too stiff for me.

I only use this for a little while after a surgery but the pillow is very firm. I try to drive with it but I didn’t do so well with it in the car. It did relieve pressure in my seat area. If you need something that You don’t have to worry about going flat on you this is the pillow at a great price. No I don’t work for the company.

The fabric is soft and comfy but its ridiculously slippery! I have several back issues and need something to lessen the impact of sitting in my office all day. I was hoping this would help with my spine compression however I spend far too much time readjusting it if I even so much as turn in my chair.The idea is great but the grip isn't.

I bought this for a family member who was having severe hemorrhoids. They indicated it added much needed relief.

I want to tell you that these pillows work. was told that I have a cracked tail bone and to order a pillow to set on. I ordered 2 donut pillows and they are comfortable to set on and it takes pressure off my tailbone. works like a champ. I even use it in bed and it helps. Thank you

I did not recall seeing a recommended weight specification. I am 280lbs, it goes flat. So if you are lighter may not be an issue.

I have to be in a wheelchair when I go out. I am on oxygen 24/7. This marvelous little donut pillow has saved me from the constant pain I suffered while out, and has allowed me to be out for a much longer period. I am very happy with this product.
