Get it!
It's been many years since I bought an Under Armour shirt. I loved them, but they were like $50 apiece. A big deal to buy even one. The price on those has come down ($35 currently), but it's still much higher than these Teslas. And I like these every bit as much as those old Under Armours. Maybe they've improved in the years since, but I'll never know, because this Tesla is amazing, and less than half the price at only $17.Pro:-Moves with me comfortably. Can do any activity and not feel restricted.-Keeps me safe from the sun.-Keeps me cool in the heat.-Cheaper than more expensive brands, but I can't imagine those brands are actually better.Con:-Got pretty muddy the instant I jumped into a giant filthy mud puddle... It did clean up nicely, though, in the wash.I originally bought them for working out and obstacle course racing, but I've started wearing them under t-shirts at work (outdoors) to minimize my sunscreen usage. I have two already, and will probably end up with more.

Base layer for sun protection review
I ordered this shirt to use as a base layer under a short sleeve button up work shirt. I work outdoors and wanted something that wasn't a regular long sleeve cotton shirt because those tend to get loose around the forearms. I've never used compression shirts before and I normally wear large tees. After reading reviews about the sizing running small, I ordered an XL and this thing still felt like a wet suit. Admittedly I'm a little on the heavy side at 210 lbs 5'11". The shirt didn't feel too restricting when worn but when I had to put it on/take it off it I had to wrestle it a little. If I had to buy again I'd step up to a 2x. As for my recommendation as a base layer, I wouldn't recommend it. I wore this thing for 6 hours before taking it off midshift. The reason I got it was to protect my arms from the sun. With it being advertised as moisture wicking and breathable/cool I was instantly sold since I work outdoors. But quite the opposite, I was sweating like a pig with it. Perhaps that's what you want at the gym or while working out but I do not recommend it for a shift at work. I would still recommend it otherwise since the shirt felt fairly robust and didn't feel like it would stretch out over time. There was nothing physically wrong with the product and I was problably using it for unintended purposes.

Very comfortable, well made.
I'm 6'2" 185lbs. I usually order medium fitting T-shirts, but I ordered a large for this and it fits perfectly. Snug. Very comfortable. Quality feels great. Well made. I plan to wear this under my leather motorcycle jacket to help keep summer-sweat away from the coat. I'm going to order a couple more.

NICE PRODUCT
Purchased this item a few months ago along with the matching pants.Details on me for comparison fit.I’m... (Male) 5’9” / 165lb / waist @ 32” / chest @ 42”One thing I do recommend is pay close attention to the size chart... with my build these items at a medium seem to fit a bit too snug for my taste, but not too uncomfortable because of the stretch. I do recommend anyone with or closely around my body size (+ or - 5 lbs) to order a large for a better fit.I really do like the way this product looks, feels ( the fabric) and how well it’s made. I will definitely order again (in a large), and recommend this product if you’re looking for a good compression suit for workouts or exercise in general. Gets 5 stars from me.

Stretch Marks
This was my second purchase of these Shirts. I really like them with the exception of the stretch marks. The first order I made was for three shirts. All three out of the package were unmarked. As soon as I put the first one on the white stretch marks appeared on my new black shirt. I thought maybe my underarm deodorant had made these marks. Nope...The next new shirt I put on after a shower, nothing but clean, dry skin......Same thing happened.....and then again with the third shirt......After wearing these for a few months and repeated washings, the marks are still there, white as ever, which is distracting on a black shirts. Maybe we should buy white shirts only. I wear these as undershirts now as they look crappy as outer wear. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch, so I ordered a new one last week. Just one, as a test. Out of the bag...pristine looking, no marks of any kind, again out of the shower, clean dry skin.....Stretch marks.....Crap! As much as I like these shirts I will not be buying more. I will look to other makers of similar shirts and hope I have better luck with them! Hope this helps someone.....Dan

Great, cheaper alternative to UA HeatGear top.
I've been using an Under Armour HeatGear compression top, which I like a lot, but wanted to get an additional top at lower cost. I find this top to compare very favorably. From a sizing perspective, it's very similar. I'm 5' 11", 150 lbs, and I wear a small in the UA top. I found the Tesla small to have a very similar tight fit, as I expect in a compression top. I also tried the Tesla in a medium, but found it a bit too large (it was close fitting, but didn't give much compression especially in the upper arms). For someone that was looking for a close-fitting top but with less compression squeeze, the medium would have been fine. The material is very similar to the UA top, but maybe just slightly lighter weight. I use it for a bit of added warmth for road cycling under my short-sleeve cycling jersey, and it works great for temperatures in the mid to upper 50s. For cooler weather, I have a Tesla thermal compression top, which is also great (though runs slightly smaller; the medium is good for me in that top).
