Fits my m38 perfectly, color is a little light,dog collars are nice and sturdy,nylon sling material is heavy, not thin like some others on here,this is a good sling however it is to short to fit a 91/30 properly

Really good sling for the money

For the price this is a great replica sling. The leather seems to be low quality, but looks nice. Only time will tell how well it holds up.

Product is pretty awesome! Fits my model 44 nagant just fine. Just enough slack when fully tightened. Quality is nice. Like a thicker canvas. Sewn leather patches to help keep seams together. Leather collars are way better than those thin SKS leather tabs. My only small gripe about this is that it feels like it's been in storage for a while. Leather felt just a wee bit dry. But some wearing in and a tad bit of oil will do wonders. Will buy again as soon as I get more rifles!

After putting it onto my M91-30 and checking the fit, it's a little snug. More than likely anyone with a carbine variant (M44, Type 53) will have the option of a looser fit. While mine had some slight imperfections, it still is quite solid, sturdy, and will serve its purpose well. All in all, it's a solid buy if you need a replacement sling for your Mosin Nagant, but those with carbines will get greater mileage out of it.

I have a lot of older weapons and I was thrilled to find these slings. A good imitation of the original complete with the leather straps that thread through the stock. Heavyweight and very sturdy.

The Entire Sling is way to short for any mosin configuration with all the slack adjusted out of the sling its atleast 5 inches shorter than the russian slings this is supposed to imitate (that's being pretty generous) . Dog collars are made from a cheap plastic like leather . didn't expect much for the price but this is over priced junk . Would be better off buying the real deal for 15$ more elsewhere
