I ordered this self-described “therapeutic hot cream” from GreenIVe as a palliative for muscle soreness brought on by resistance training, for which I've tried a number of products over the years. This one has a smell that anyone familiar with tiger balm or some of the products widely advertised as mass-market analgesics for minor arthritic pain will find familiar. It goes on cool, followed by a fairly mild warming sensation that penetrates the area to which it is applied. This warming sensation in not as strong as some of the tiger balms I've used but does bring some comfort to mild soreness and tightness; whether one prefers this mild effect or one with more kick is very much a personal preference. There are two feature of this GreenIVe cream, however, that I particularly liked over other products of this sort – unlike other analgesics this one makes an excellent full-body massage cream. I find that its mild warming effect doesn't turn into a burn that can cause discomfort or irritation, though it should not be used in particularly sensitive areas like around the bikini line or on the face in my judgment. Over other areas, however, it's relaxing and quite comforting. The second feature worth noting is that unlike many other balms I've tried, this product is completely non-greasy; it won't stain clothes or bedding, or leave that slick, sticky feeling behind that most balms do. That familiar smell I noted above is also notably lighter than is the case with other products and dissipates quickly so you won't be left smelling like a medicine cabinet even with liberal use of it. This aspect of the cream alone makes it worth trying for those looking for an alternative to the familiar range of topical analgesics.

I use this not only to sweat, it also help keep the nagging insects away. But you are going to sweat. Be careful though it could burn your skin. It is not a good idea to use with those neoprene sweat leggings. It really burn then. It felt like my legs were on fire, literally. Not good for children either. I would recommend this brand. Just be careful how and where you use it.

WTF...this cream was terrible for me I put the cream on at 1:36 pm and it was literally burning my skin. I put it on my entire stomach area also my side ( lats) and the front and back of my legs. My stomach and sides (lats) jus stopped burning at 5:04 pm. This cream was burning so bad that I took liquid benadryl half a cup twice. Also 2 muscle relaxers n 2 naproxen within that time. That's how bad it burned. Lol..do a small area first the problem is it doesn't burn right away it didn't start burning until about an hour an a half after I put it on. I wanted to put 0 stars but I couldn't push submit without putting at least 1 star

I was excited to try this product because my midsection is not quite as toned as I'd like due to rapid weight loss. Some people swear by hot creams to tone up their midsection. I'd tried another similar product with limited results, but wanted to see if this would work better for me.I work out at least five days a week. I'd read it's best to use these types of creams in conjunction with a sweat band wrapped around your midsection while you work out. I've used this product several times now using this method.The first thing I noticed was the scent. Unlike some other similar creams which smell like Vick's (i.e. very minty/methol-y) this was very different. I can't quite explain the scent aside from that it was more earthy smelling. Then I put it on and wrapped myself up. Another difference I noticed compared to other hot creams is that this didn't have that instantaneous icy-hot kind of feeling. It took a few minutes to even feel anything after applying, then it began feeling very warm. There was no simultaneous icy feeling at all--just a nice warmth. For people who hate that icy-hot feeling, this is a good alternative to most other hot creams.Again, I've gone through this process several times now, and worked out about an hour to an hour and a half each time (rotating between strength and cardio every other day). I haven't really noticed much of a change in the suppleness and tightness of my skin around my midsection, though I've noticed the skin is softer and stretch marks less obvious.I think this product would be best for pain relief--another use this product is advertised for. I could see this feeling really, really nice after pulling a muscle or something. But if you're expecting miracles for your midsection, this product will probably result in disappointment.

This cream is amazing. After applying, the tingling penetrate through your body causing relaxation. Afterwards, there is a heated sensation that penetrate problem areas on your body. I purchased another one. Tried it on my husband and he loved it too. This is one of my favorites.

Bought this product couple times and I'm telling you it work you have to give it time your husband will WOW YOU !! Must use right after you shower
