Greatly helpful to calm the mind
I suffer from bipolar disorder. I had been on medication for years but still not quite well. Then, after extensive research I ordered it. For several weeks I felt no effect except one - that I was not waking up at night. But I had no intention of using it as a sleep aid and so thought of discontinuing. Then it dawned on me - that my thoughts were not racing as they did earlier. I was much calmer and had not faced manic symptoms for long. Today, I am off medication and quite well. Apart from this I am also taking lemon balm leaf and valerian root.Of course, I've read about Withaferin A in leaves being cytotoxic but I believe, on the basis of what I've read, that it's well within safe levels.
