Hikari Organic Dashi Miso Paste, Bonito and Kelp Stock, 14.1 oz

Love this dashi nice mild flavor or you can make it stronger . Great healthy benefits and easy to use just add a spoonful to a boiling pot of water and wish it in and you have your own miso soup. I usually get the Benito which is a seafood style base great for udon.

I've been buying this repeatedly, love the taste, it last me months in the fridge, package always comes in perfect condition. Good value for your money

Very good miso to add to ramen or rice or broth. I use a small strainer to sift it into broths for ease of dissolving it. Just place in warm liquid and it melts away!

My favorite miso paste. I just take a spoonful and dissolve in 85degree hot water (to keep benefits of fermentation). It's quite expensive, looking for a place to find cheaper price. $13 is outrageous.

I really enjoy the taste and am happy that I found a brand where I did not have to make the Dashi myself. Though it is very easy to make. I just don't have to keep the ingredients on hand. It is already made! And it tastes very good.Unfortunately, I received my order today September 9th, 2024, and it was damaged and is not returnable. Damaged to the point where I do not feel safe to use. I have tried every which way to request a refund, but Amazon seems to be making impossible to convey my issue. I am truly sorry, but I will have to cancel my subscription. But I do sincerely love the product!

This is excellent miso and the quantity is abundant. I like that it does NOT come in a plastic tub because my municipality won't recycle plastic food containers; only plastic beverage bottles. For that reason, I have scoured local places to recycle other plastics and it's not easy to find them. Stores might for a while, then stop, and you never really know where it goes.... So I avoid buying plastic as much as possible.

This is meant to be used over several months but expires in 11 days. I guess I got scammed because it’s non refundable.

One thing about me is that I love miso and this is the most amazing thing in the world basically if you want to miso taste like restaurant miso you need to buy miso paste but you also need to buy bonito flakes and other seasonings to really give it that right flavor however I don’t wanna do all this so I was able to find this miso, which has it at all already and this tastes so exactly the same for that on a blind test I literally cannot tell the difference. It is 1 million out of 10 and I highly recommend it.Good price considering the added stuff needed to make proper miso. Healthy ingredients and came sealed!
