L-Theanine Suntheanine Stress & Anti Anxiety Supplement

The product seems to work very well. I have a son who is currently taking authorized prescription medicine for Attention deficit issues. However due to the side effects of the prescriptions we decided to try a natural alternative. This supplement has worked just as well as the medicines so far, without the unwanted side effects.

I've purchased this product before and would normally give 5 stars but this time I noticed the capsule size is smaller. I compared it to an empty capsule of my previous bottle and took a pic. The previous, larger capsules were always completely filled. I wish I had a filled capsule to compare the content amount to the new smaller capsule. So now I'm left wondering if the new capsules are 150mg of L- Theanine.

I am finding the L-Theanine very helpful in keeping my anxiety down to a acceptable level.I am a full time stock trader and find it a bit stressful at times. I didn't want to take prescription drugsto calm my nerves. l searched "Nature's Valium". Several options came up, however, L-Theanine seemed to bethe best choice. Pure L-theanine is an amino acid vs. Kava, which can harm the liver.I find I am able to predict a stress filled day, take the supplement without worrying if it will hindermy quick thinking. I am able to maintain my focus as well as enjoy the calm feeling while trading.I've used it a few times now and love it.This supplier, Supernova Naturals, was great. Product as described, shipping received prior to expecteddate all the way to Hawai'i.

My response to the supplement has been really good :) I can really feel a difference with the patented delivery system about 30-45 minutes from taking it. A calm energy that shuts off the negative ego thoughts. Really amazing...I take it with Holy Basil, Ashwagandha and Evening Primrose oil and its an outstanding combo to start the day. If I feel any stress in the afternoon I just take another one and am feeling great until bedtime. A wonderful product!

Really helps me settle down and relax my brain to get ready for sleep.

It was great to receive a personal email from Mark. I am very satisfied with the L-Theanine supplement that I purchased from Supernova Naturals. It was the only one that I could find without magnesium stearate! I take it when I drink coffee in order to relax the edge from the caffeine and I feel that it improves my focus as well. I follow a diet called the Bulletproof Diet and the CEO, Dave Asprey, recommended L-Theanine with coffee. It really does the trick.
