This adapter works great for my H4N allowing me to save my batteries for the times when there is not an outlet in sight. The adapter is light weight and does what it is supposed to do. I bought it to ensure my recorder does not get damaged by an unapproved power source.

Disappointed that I bought the zoom H8 and it came with no power supply. Then I bought this power supply and it didn't include a USB cable.

While not listed on their supported products, this charger does a great job of powering / providing continuous AC power to the Zoom H8, which is a REAL battery monster if you are using phantom power on several mics. Great product so far.

If you recently purchased one of Zoom's handy audio interfaces and were bummed out after discovering that your iPad will not provide sufficient power, this is going to be the solution for you. That's unless you're okay with shelling out cash to pay for AA batteries after every couple recording sessions. Sadly, Zoom's affordable interfaces don't include the AC adapter which means you have to purchase it separately.
