I don’t normally leave reviews, but I am so impressed with these towels I thought I should, I ordered a set of the standard bath towels in grey and a set of the hand towels, not many people ever do this or read that you should, but I always wash new towels before I use them, there’s two reasons why you should do this, one being that they are more absorbent after washing, and the second is because they will fluff up to their maximum that way!So the bath towels are a really good size for me as I am a size 12 and not really tall, but my husband said they are great for him too, they washed up so much thicker and fluffier than when they arrived and went in the tumble dryer without any shrinkage, so I would say they are a great towel and definitely value for money, but the hand towels are much smaller than my other ones and definitely wouldn’t be great for using after washing my shoulder length hair!So all in all great towels and fantastic value for money!!

They were so much nicer than I expected. Also they were a good size. I got them for family who were staying over. I washed them before using and they stayed nice and soft. I’ve used them several times since then and they still stay soft and fluffy after each wash. I would recommend.

Thin but that's fine given the price however the colour runs, and I mean runs !You need to wash them many times to stop the colour running and then they're nothing like the colour that arrived !

After my first wash of the towels, I used them normally, drying myself in the shower cubicle. Then I noticed LOTS of greyish bits on the cubicle floor. Not dandruff, mind you. So I drained them off, and continued drying myself. Then the bits appeared again. Aha, so they came from the towel!Subsequently, I washed the towels again. This time, with my other garments. Mistake! The lint went all over the dark garments.I was thus ready to return the disastrous towels. But then I thought, they can't pill forever. Right?So I gave them another chance. Ah, no more pilling! And with just a bit of vinegar (instead of fabric softener), they actually felt soft to the skin. Great. I am keeping them then.But, mind you, the grey 'lost colour' after its first wash. Now they are greenish grey, not blackish. But, I don't really mind. Yet if you do, you may be disappointed.All in all, the towels are fine, if you have the patience to first wash them about 3 times to remove the pills.UPDATE AFTER 2 MONTHS OF USE:The grey colour is now most definitely a deep greenish hue, which I actually like better!So yes, I recommend the towels, even if they are no longer grey.
