If you do not have the product, simple put out of stock or recommend something else! I’ve bought this chain piece three times. First time for a friend, second for my dad and here I am, a loyal customer, loving the product and buys it again, this time as a gift for someone else and you guys send me a whole different chain. Yes, the one I received comes with a cross, but it is very much different from the original two, from the cross itself (being smaller and having another design) to the chain links being completely different.

6 months of daily wearing of jewelry I bought for my wedding. This piece is amazing and has been holding strong against any signs of wear or discoloration.

I didn’t expect any top tier product for this price. But at the same time the quality is a little worse than I expected, it looks like it’s plastic. I’m not returning it because of the price I paid, however, I’m dissatisfied with it.
