Great notebook!
I have been recommending the business line of notebooks (ProBooK) from HP for years and this model reviewed has performed well for several customers. This ProBook model was purchase by several customers the past six months and there are no complaints. Excellent for moderate to heavy use. Office, Internet, Traditional applications all run well. the interface for HP Updates is a very easy feature for users to keep their hardware drivers-software up to date. These days an SSD is a must and 8GB plenty for this type of use. One customer stood out with a surprised/happy reaction to the backlit keyboard. The separate numeric keyboard is a real plus for users. The price is worth it which includes Windows 10 Professional version of the operating system.

Thought I got a like new product
Purchased the laptop as reconditioned which to be is like new. Battery should be like new. My PC would not charge no response from the seller by phone or chat. Spent $70 to get a reputable business to fix it.
