Good for people who want to avoid soy
This is a very good product for people who want to avoid soy. Most of the vitamin E supplements on the market have soy. This is not labeled as being soy-free, but I am sensitive to soy and it did not give me any bad symptoms. I have taken a lot of Solgar supplements and they have all been good.
