[Upgrade] Soonis Skin Scrubber Ultrasonic Facial Cleaner with LED Display Face Spatula Pore Cleaner Skin Exfoliating Blackhead Removal Acne Extractor

The skin scrubber works really well, especially for the price. My only complaint is that while in use it becomes slippery and I often accidentally change the setting. This is really annoying since I have to stop, hit the button repeatedly to scroll through the settings until I get back to the one I was using, wet my face again or wipe my eyes then continue. I own another scrubber (in the $30 range) which has " bumps" on each side that prevent this from becoming an issue.

The box doesn’t look new and looks like it has been opened. Didn’t have a booklet on how to use it and no charger included. Very disappointed in customer service.

I am a professional beautician and this tool really helps for scrubbing and removal of dead skin. Would definitely recommend this.

I recieved mine Thursday. Opened it Friday to charge it. Attempted to turn it on and it won't start. The screen doesn't turn on or anything. Now, I have to go through the return process which is extremely frustrating.

As I was reading the user info. I got confused with the verbiage used it seems too complicated and therefore I will return the product for ease of use for people like me
