I bought these for my toddler. I wanted small, screw-on studs and I reallyliked the way rainbow ones looked. (Upon actually putting them on, mine really only go from green to greenish blue.) The flat backs are a really nice bonus, as I never take her earrings out (because toddler) so she sleeps in them. I tried a pair out on myself first, and fortunately no side effects and they haven’t loosened and fallen out. I put them in my daughter’s ears the other day and it was far easier putting them on someone else than it was to do for myself. Yes, the balls are incredibly small, but it’s clearly written in the description. They were a bit harder to handle than I thought they’d be, but I have small hands/fingers and it worked out fine. My husband with much larger hands had a much harder time.I only give 4 stars though because I haven’t been able to open two earrings. I think a pair of pliers will help me with that, but I haven’t tried it yet. I shouldn’t really need to, but at least the pairs I wanted to wear were useable.One tip I have: make sure your hands and fingers are completely dry. Any remnants of water, lotion, or sweat will make gripping these tiny things hard.

These are perfect for my thick ear lobes! I recently got a second piercing on my ear lobe, above my original holes. I got these because the 10mm length because the posts I got from the piercer were too short for my liking. I have thick ear lobes and with the swelling during the healing process, they were itchy and uncomfortable because they were irritated by being pinched too much. These 10mm are long enough to have a little wiggle room and my new piercings are healing much better with the breathing room. These are 20 gauge and the same gauge as a typical earring post width.

These are great. Honestly I would argue they are closer to 18G unless I got the wrong set. My other 20G earrings are thinner than these are, but these aren't quite 18G. So it's a little thicker than 20G but maybe not quite 18G. But after a while, I did manage to get them in.Another thing to note, the ball part is the part that screws off. It took me a long time to get it undone because I kept thinking it was the post! So I'd put them in through the back which was strange, but it was okay!I got the 8MM length, which is great if you have slightly thicker than normal lobes or maybe a piercing is swollen. I'll be getting the 6MM length for my ears next time! Esp for my cartilage piercing.Wish the balls were varying sizes or bigger in general. It's a bit tricky to get them on due to how tiny they are!But all in all, very nice earrings. Comfy to wear while sleeping, and after it took me a while to get them in, I simply forgot about them which is fantastic!

Sometimes you think you envision the size of something but the reality is different. The smallness made it extra difficult to put the earrings in, especially since I've three holes close together. It took me 20 minutes to put in three. They are so small that you can't see how you're putting it on and can only do it by feel. I also have real fingernails, which also got in the way. The backing disc is also very small and thin, which makes it hard to hold. Plus, I've already had one head unscrew and fall off, getting lost. The good points were that they were very comfortable and my ears didn't react to them. I think they'd be fine if you're not putting in multiples near each other, you have small fingers and short fingernails. Otherwise, expect difficulties. Also, I'm very unhappy about having had a head bead come unscrewed and get lost already.

I wear these everyday. I’ve changed them once in the past two months. I have two in each earlobe and one in cartilage. They haven’t bothered me at all! I kept loosing backs...my boyfriend bought me diamond earrings and one is at the bottom of a lake:( I shouldn’t have been wearing them at the lake...and I have long curly hair that decided to work with the wind against me. So these are the only earring I trust now for daily wear. They haven’t tarnished, I even wear them in the shower. I basically never take them off other than to switch colors(very rarely). I have tea tree oil I use when I feel like cleaning them, I use it like how you would clean your ears when you first pierced them. I’m so happy these were long enough to fit on my earlobe with plent of room. I will definitely buy more.

Updated review: I stopped wearing these altogether after I couldn't get one off once. I had to go to the garage and get a set of pliers to hold one side so I could unscrew the other side with a grippy jar opener. This was while they were in my earlobes, and it was pretty uncomfortable. I was also in a hurry to get ready to go somewhere at the time. I'm not going through that again.Original review: I have only worn the gold ones, and they were comfortable to sleep in. The 6 mm ones are still slightly long in my ear lobes, but it is probably better that way than having them too tight. They were very hard to unscrew initially. I used grippy jar openers to get them started. If that hadn't worked, I think pliers wrapped in some tape would have done the trick without scratching them.

I recently had surgery and i had to take all my piercings out, my tragus holes got smaller and I couldn't put in the earring i had in before because they were a thicker gauge so I bought these and they went in perfect, I also have sensitive ears and I haven't had any swelling or redness accompanied by any discomfort. I have ordered from Ruifan before and I will again for sure!

Taking 1 star off because I got infection twice. My piercings were about one month old when I put these earrings in. They are VERY comfortable which allowed me to wear them non stop for for a few weeks. I made sure to wash my ears thoroughly with soap every time I shower. I think the flat disc at the back in combination with the short post is what makes it easy to trap the bacteria and cause the infection.PROS:+ price+ secure, won't fall off+ color variety+ reversibility: you can wear either the ball or flat disc as the frontCONS:- short post doesn't allow for air circulation which makes it difficult for piercings to heal- a little difficult to put on yourself
