Good quality
I bought this tubing after reading several reviews. I had to boil water and immerse about a 1/4 inch of the end in the steaming water to be able to insert the fittings. It is quite a bit of work, but you can be assured that the fittings wont come off. I assume that if you buy a certain type of fittings, maybe this process would be easier.

Definitely the best 1/4" tubing
By far the best 1/4" tubing out there. Super easy to work with, can attach to emitters with your fingers (most are too tough and require a heat gun). Definitely worth the purchase. Just installed 300' of this stuff and 50' of a competitors and RainBird wins.

Stiff but OK
I found that forcing this tubing over the connectors I bought was possible but not easy. Not sure if the connectors were on the large side, or the tubing small, but strong hands, twisting, and patience, were necessary to get them together. Once together, they stay that way and don't leak. This tubing is a bit on the stiff side, which is helpful for forcing it onto the barbs. But it also retains the curve from the coil, so if you want it to lay straight and flat, some clips or weights are needed. I got a roll of 14-guage wire and cut 8" sections to bend into clips, inserted into the dirt. I used almost the whole 250 feet, so it was a good value.

Awesome works as it should.
